9^th December 2019, WEFIC’s year-end Christmas dinner was held at Carlton Hotel Singapore where WEFICians indulged themselves in the buffet feast to keep their Monday blues at bay. There were freshly shucked, succulent oysters as well as a juicy Christmas roast and WEFICians dug in heartily.

WEFIC President, Mr Ong Wee Ming, kicked off the awards presentation with a bout of good news as well as the progress of the company and target setting for the next year. Then, token of appreciations were given out to the monthly winners of Best HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Observation Cards. The observations pointed out in these cards will be implemented in an effort to enhance workplace safety, in accordance to our company’s motto: “Give No Chance for Unsafe Act”.

This was followed by the presentation of long service awards where the loyal WEFICians received their 3-years and 5-years long service plaque in appreciation of their contribution to the company. The event was capped by a lucky draw session where lucky WEFICians received vouchers. The night soon drew to a close as the wine glasses turned dry. WEFICians headed home with full stomachs and full hearts, ready for the challenges of tomorrow.
